2 Parades for your viewing pleasure

 

Monday 15th May

around 2:30 pm*

Opening Parade

The “tall ships” will open the festivities by entering the Gulf in parade. The other different flotillas will join them near Méaban or will come and insert across the lighthouse of Port Navalo in order to escort them through the main channel to the anchor points below Toulindac and in front of Ile aux Moines (schedule to be decided further).

 

Saturday 20th May

around 3:00 pm*

Closing "Big Parade"

All the flotillas will converge towards the exit of the Gulf, getting in position by the line from Méaban and waiting for the current to reverse before setting off between Locmariaquer and Port Navalo at around 3/4 p.m. To end with, the main channel is the theatre of a gorgeous maritime performance which starts from the morning and finishes around 8:00 p.m.
