Shellfish farming in the spotlight

Each year, a theme related to maritime heritage and the Gulf of Morbihan serves as the event’s central theme. In 2027, oysters and shellfish farming will take center stage. Tastings, tours of oyster farms, conferences, presentations of working boats… So much expertise, history, and insight to discover and appreciate.

In 2025, the Gulf Week welcomed over 300,000 visitors, more than 1,300 sailboats, and 6,000 French and international sailors, thanks in large part to its 3,500 volunteers.
