As this is a public event, photographs and videos will be taken by official photographers and cameramen. Your presence at the Semaine du Golfe venue implies your consent to being filmed and photographed, with no right of appeal regarding image rights.”

IMAGE RIGHTS / USE OF IMAGES

All photographs hosted on the website belong to the association or to a user whose boat is registered for the Semaine du Golfe.
In accordance with Article L. 122-4 of the Intellectual Property Code, any representation or reproduction, in whole or in part, made without the consent of the author or their successors in title or assignees is unlawful. The same applies to translation, adaptation or transformation, arrangement or reproduction by any art or process whatsoever.
All photographs hosted on the website are taken during the association’s activities.
Any person who does not authorise the website administrators to use their image for promotional and dissemination purposes must request the exercise of their right of withdrawal, which will be granted without exception, via the contact details provided above.
Photos provided upon application to register for Gulf Week 2027.

A photo of the boat is required to confirm your registration for our event. Once your registration has been approved by our team, the photo of the boat, along with its technical details (fleet, length, beam, draught, air draught, keel, material, home port, shipyard, rigging, year of construction) will be published on the website www.semainedugolfe.com on the ‘2027 Registrants’ page ’ page on the website www.semainedugolfe.com. Personal data associated with your account will never be published or disclosed to a third party without your authorisation. Only the name of the boat will be captioned on the photo.

If there is already a photo credit on the photo you wish to use when registering your boat, please indicate this directly on the photo.
The user authorises our association to use the photograph of their boat for promotional purposes relating to our event (printed materials, press pack, the website www.semainedugolfe.com, and social media platforms Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn). Images provided by the user may not be used for commercial purposes under any circumstances.
