Royal Oak has undergone a number of restorations in the past 125 years. She worked out of Sennen Cove and Newlyn originally. Little is known of her time post her working life in the Cornish fishing fleet. She underwent a restoration in the ownership of Chris Harwood a number of years ago. Andy Fox has kept Royal Oak floating for the past few years. She is now owned by Hannah Lovegrove and Giles Frampton, who've undertaken a "keel up" restoration.
