2027 will be the fifth consecutive time the Royal Welsh Yacht Club have travelled to participate at Morbihan.
Whilst the club has three Celtic Longboats (Elin, Macsen, Branwen), Branwen is our boat of choice to take to France as she is the youngest in the fleet.
Branwen is a Welsh female name meaning 'White Crow' or 'Corbeau Blanc'. Branwen was the daughter of Llŷr, a major character in the medieval Welsh story known as the Second Branch of the Mabinogi, which is sometimes called the "Mabinogi of Branwen" after her.
